Operations Support Specialist (Hybrid)
JOB SCOPE:
XYZ is looking for an energetic, highly motivated professional to serve as the Operations Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational including administrative support ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations to accomplish both long and short-term goals to support the continued growth of the company.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

o Assist with order processing and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
o Manage and address various tickets related to trust & safety.
o Assist with email management and routing to appropriate teams.
o Support the team in cultivating relationships with hackathons and contribute to their successful engagement.
o Provide support in addressing and engaging with social media inquiries and interactions.
o Contribute to data management and information maintenance in websites and databases.
o Support audits and compliance activities.
o Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include data entry and other related administrative tasks.
