- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations - Coordinate employee training and development programs - Support employee relations activities by assisting with investigations and resolving employee inquiries - Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities - Manage HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and record keeping - Proficient in using HRIS systems such as UltiPro, SAP, ADP, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar platforms - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with social media management for HR purposes is a plus Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
