Job Description:
The CTV GTM team is responsible for bringing CTV's value proposition to life for existing and prospective users across the various stages of the marketing funnel, to ultimately drive CTV revenue through subscriptions.
Our work includes GTM strategy & execution of major messages & product launches and owning campaign and evergreen programs in market (end to end management:
budget, timeline, creative leadership for paid/owned/earned channels, messaging hierarchy, media planning, measurement, performance reporting).
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for GTM brand
sponsorship strategies and execution for two upcoming moments:
NBA Finals, G League Finals.
The role will be to work closely with the full CTV team to ensure successful activations.
Lead creative development and execution of brand assets and serve as liaison with YTM's Creative Studio.
Manage and optimize brand assets, track performance of brand spots, report on results to stakeholders.
Lead media plan dev and execution of brand placements and serve as liaison with YTM's Media team.
Lead sponsorship integration elements and evaluate the ROI of each sponsorship.
Showcase creativity with the activation and expression of the brand within sponsorship properties.
Oversee brand guidelines and brand ops.
Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to our brand identity, deliver assets that help with consistency e.

Collaborate effectively across internal and external teams to drive and scale consistent brand messaging.
Critical activations to support:
Start of the NBA season, Intra-league tournament (early December), Christmas Day (tune in moment), All-star weekend, NBA Finals.
Experience:
6
years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, and/or sponsorship.
Experience in entertainment/television and a strong interest in sports.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Strong creative judgment and storytelling capabilities; outstanding written and oral communication skills with fluency in English Track record of project management and execution, with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to details Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work within a fast-changing, cross-functional environment.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Understanding of the sports ecosystem.
Experience working in/around non-traditional advertising.
Education:
Bachelor's in any stream.
