Responsibilities:
Training Program Development Assessment:
Begin by assessing the current training programs and identifying areas that require improvement or expansion Curriculum Design:
Develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to various job roles within the hotel, including front-line staff, managers, and support teams Compliance Training:
Ensure that all employees receive mandatory training related to safety, ethics, and legal requirements Training Delivery Training Delivery Methods:
Implement various training delivery methods, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, and simulations, to cater to different learning styles and preferences Train-the-Trainer Programs:
Develop programs to train internal trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery across all hotel locations Employee Development Career Pathing:
Establish clear career development paths and training plans for employees to encourage career growth and retention Leadership Development:
Implement leadership development programs to groom internal talent for managerial and executive positions Performance Management:
Develop performance appraisal systems and continuous feedback mechanisms to track employee progress and provide timely coaching and support Content Creation Custom Content:
