Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery - Pre roll and packaging production processes to ensure efficiency and quality to standard.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment,trays,area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals - Document production data and maintain accurate records Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills for all cannabis products.
Thc, cbd, full spectrum.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation edibles , pre rolls, pre packaged grams and 8ths , tincturs, salves, anything cannabis products.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate when in doubt to ensure quality packaging, labeling, placement.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members Note:
