- Oversee inventory and ensure efficient management of cultivation materials and equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, including plant counts, quality control and Track and Trace systems (Metrc).
- Implement and uphold legal compliance standards throughout cultivation activities.
- Keep meticulous records of plant growth, environmental conditions, and practices.
- Utilize data analysis to enhance cultivation processes, improving yield and quality.
- Lead initiatives to enhance cultivation methods and plant genetics.
- Develop and motivate a high-performing cultivation team.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Required:
- Proven experience in large-scale cannabis cultivation, including HPS, LED, and double-stack systems.
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis genetics, strains, and phenotypes.
- Proficiency in environmental management to ensure optimal plant health and yield.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations in California.
Compliance and Legal Aspects:
