Accounts Payable Analyst
A recognized entertainment organization in California is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Accounts Payable Analyst to their staff.
Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable Analyst will:
Process supplier on-boarding requestsAssist with questions regarding the onboarding process, including zoom meetings, emails, and phone callsUpdate in Workday supplier recordsManage and resolve any items in the various queuesHandle IRS TIN MatchingAssist with special projects, as assigned
Qualifications:

years of Accounts Payable experienceHigh School Diploma / GEDPrior experience with workflow and suppliersMicrosoft Excel proficientSolid analytical, mathematical, and research skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's DegreeWorking knowledge of Coupa Recommended Skills Accounts Payable Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
