As the Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of consumer vaping productsAs a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from concept to productionYou will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketing, and product managers to ensure that our design concepts align with business goals and deliver on time and budgetAdditionally, you will play a key role in driving innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry standards and emerging design technologies
Responsibilities:
? Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones and deliverables? Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables? Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status update meetings to ensure the team is aligned on project objectives and milestones? Drive decision-making processes by gathering relevant information, facilitating discussions, and providing recommendations? Demonstrated leadership skills in driving consensus among diverse groups of individuals? Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans? Drive the product launch process, including coordinating activities between engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams? Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement? Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and implement best practices in product development? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to inform product roadmaps
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldMaster's degree preferred? Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries? In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle and managing multiple projects simultaneously? Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles, preferably experience with plastic injection molding techniques and PCB design and manufacturing methodologies? Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders? Proven track record of successfully launching technical products from concept to production? Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities?
