We have an opening for a Customer Experience Specialist (Bi-lingual Spanish speaking).
The Role:
The Customer Experience Specialist will communicate effectively and efficiently with participants via phone and email in English and Spanish.
To provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests for account information regarding their ESOPs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) candidates required.
One to two years customer service experience required.
One to two years Call Center experience preferred.
o Located in Mountain (MST) or Pacific/Alaska (PST) Time Zones preferred.
Ability to work 9am - 6pm PST Mondays - Fridays.
