In each of our regions, we are the best in radiology, offering all radiology services! Job Summary We are seeking a Clinical Applications Intern to assist in supporting our daily IT operations.
Under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Software, the Clinical Applications Support Intern will perform daily records review and updates within the RIS system (Radiology Information System).
Must operate with attention to detail, possess a willingness to learn, and efficiently prioritize and complete tasks.
Healthcare systems experience desired but not required.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Review patient information in the clinical software system and ensure it is up to date and accurate.
Perform daily report and image transfer between systems to ensure end users have all prior information for upcoming appointments.
Skills Attention to detail Willingness to learn Abilities Ability to successfully execute repetitive tasks with high quality of work Ability to manage time and meet deadlines Education High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of radiology department workflow and RIS/PACS or EHR systems a plus Job Status PRN.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
