- determining ther requirements , and budget for architectural projects - Creating architectural designs and blueprints using CAD software - Developing and presenting design proposals to management - Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning - Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects - Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes Skills needed:
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, and CAD - Strong knowledge of construction management principles design practices - Ability to sketch and communicate design ideas effectively - Knowledge of interior design principles and space planning - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic presentations - Experience with Bluebeam or other document management software If you are a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for architecture, we would love to hear from you.
