This professional interfaces with potential granters, politicians, school administrators, teachers, parents/guardians, consultants, staff and vendors.
Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, computer and writing skills.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assists CEO with grant packages Assists in the coordination of all events Schedules meetings and events Types drafts of letters or other correspondence Prepares materials for meetings, off sites, training and special events Proofreads written or printed materials Sets up and maintains filing systems, records, and reports Manages the receptionist Screens and answers telephone calls for CEO Prioritizes tasks in order to meet deadlines Efficient at prioritizing work and multi-tasking Other duties as requested QUALIFICATIONS Successful candidate will have the ability to work with diverse people and personalities.
Additionally, must be equipped to manage confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential as is computer graphic art skills.
