Our company is still young as we are growing at a rapid pace! We are eagerly looking for a candidate who can help coordinate as well as enter data for our warehouse! The main role of the Warehouse Coordinator is to ensure that orders are entered correctly as well as assist in overseeing the shipping as well as receiving.
They will be working closely with both the warehouse as well as the sales team in making sure orders are being shipped within a timely manner.
In addition to managing the orders, there is also an expectation to ensure that inventory is accurate and correct.
This position requires the candidate to be accurate in entering the order as well as able to work in a fast paced environment.
Most importantly, the ideal candidate is someone who is a team player and is able to use their critical thinking skills to help navigate through situations that may require thinking outside of the box.
As we are a growing company, we are looking for a long term committed candidate as there is the potential to further grow with the company as well as a management role.
Experience in warehouse is not necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES Enter orders accurately and quickly Must be able to pick and pack orders Must be able to drive a forklift Keep track of orders shipped and not shipped Manage inventory levels as well as investigate when issues arise Assist with warehouse duties QUALIFICATIONS Ability to speak English.
Bilingual in Spanish highly recommended Proficiency in computers as well as data entry and excel Positive attitude Take direction Trustworthy, punctual, and accurate Job Type:
