Requirements:
Experience:
10
years in Operations, Warehouse, and Manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, including pivots and lookups, with a strong emphasis on working with data.
ERP Proficiency:
Experience with a large ERP system, with a preference for SAP.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Manufacturing Expertise:
Background in customized manufacturing, adaptable to changing workflows, and familiar with high mix/low volume production.
Driving Record:
Clean driving record.
Nice to Haves:
SAP
Experience:
Previous experience with SAP, with a focus on implementation.
Language Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
Quality Management:
Six Sigma certification.

Drive a data-centric approach, utilizing Excel and ERP systems for comprehensive reporting and analysis.

Lead the transition from SAP Business One to SAP S4Hana, contributing to a seamless integration.
New Product Introduction (NPI):
Bring experience in NPI, demonstrating the ability to adapt to the demands of launching new products.
Facility Planning:
Contribute to the design and layout of our facilities, particularly focusing on the unique requirements of custom work in the US.
Software Proficiency:
Excel, SAP (currently SAP Business One, transitioning to SAP S4Hana).
