Since 1992, Securitech has been providing uniformed security officers and vehicle patrol services to a wide range of clientele throughout Southern California.
Securitech has an immediate need for a capable and motivated Office Manager for our Glendale (adjacent) office.
As the Officer Manager you will take on advanced administrative duties along with a heavy project component which will showcase your strong critical thinking, organizational, and office management skills.
You will be responsible for day to day oversight and supervision of our office team.
You will help to streamline operations, promote positive client relationships and provide support to the company owners.
You will act as the gatekeeper for the company, as we need someone poised and professional.

Responsibilities:
Oversee, coordinate, and guide multiple small and large-scale projects Supervise administrative and support personnel Coordinate program calendars, meetings, and events Plan meetings and events for executives and staff members Act as a liaison between the owners and staff in all departments Maintain databases and conduct research for industry projects Build relationships and correspond with vendors and outside contacts New hire on-boarding and Employee off-boarding Reviews applications, pre-screens and interviews candidates, conducts pre-employment background checks, makes conditional employment offers to qualified candidates.
Accounts receivable:
Invoice all clientele for services performed.
Maintain accurate account receivable aging reports.
Perform preliminary AR collection efforts on past due accounts.
Prepare and process bank deposits to multiple accounts Payroll processing:
Input employee payroll data into third party payroll software for preparation of weekly payroll.
Assist employee's with payroll discrepancy issues.
Process of employee time sheets and assist to ensure accurate payroll.
Assist the team with any additional or last minute projects as requested Requirements:
At least 4 years of administrative experience in a small to midsize office setting Supervisory experience in an office setting is a must Possess strong working experience of the latest versions of Quickbooks Strong excel skills and overall computer skills Creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multitask Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with all staff Warm, personable, and professional demeanor Aptitude for working independently or collaboratively
