Responsibilities:
Lead all facets of the general ledger, fiscal close process and be able to partner with the finance team on financial reporting and analysis Lead annual audit and implement accounting and control processes and procedures Strong foundation in US GAAP and specialize in revenue recognition and capitalized commissions under ASC 606, along with amortization of IP software Drive the month-end close process and seek continuous improvement in the rigor, speed and accuracy of reporting Oversee additional rounds of financing, including series E and assist with preparation of IPO process
Qualifications:
15
years of accounting experience, CPA license and background from Big 4 accounting firm Prior experience with company $250m
in revenue preferred Robust technical and operational knowledge of ASC 606 / Amortization of IP software Individual who has strong communication, leadership skills, attention to detail and is a self-starter Experience with NetSuite ERP system What's in it for you:
