Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list - Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with customers - Provide information about products or services, answer questions, and address customer concerns - Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products or services - Update customer information and interactions in App or other CRM software - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal - Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively navigate through objections and handle rejection - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SalesAPP or other CRM software - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently If you are a motivated individual who enjoys engaging with customers over the phone and has a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
