years of Quality experience 3
years of Mechanical Inspection Experience (CMM knowledge) High proficiency of Microsoft Suite (spreadsheets, charts, graphs, etc.
) Strong initiative, self-driven and great attention to detail Job
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers on all quality issues Manage a small team of quality engineers to achieve timely and thorough resolution to quality issues Manage inspection department (communicate vision, minimize queue time, distribute priorities, respond to personnel needs, communicate inspection challenges to management) Initiate and track internal and external corrective/preventive actions Own all returned parts from customers (Investigation, analysis, synthesis, and customer communication) Manage calibration technician to ensure all shop floor tools are calibrated Coordinate source inspection Perform contract reviews Have ability to articulate mechanical inspection instructions in job router Monitor supplier process capability and quality performance Job Type:
