Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate work with assigned Vendors.
Communicate, negotiate and define Import processing needs with Vendors.
Qualifications:
Must have strong ability to prioritize, organize and direct production with factories.
Implement procedures to streamline processing to effectively meet production timelines.
Duties:
Manage and direct production workflow for assigned factories and vendors--monitor and follow-up on all production processing.
Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and quality goods, including but not limited to:
1.
Tracking and monitoring flow of samples and swatch approvals.
Analyze and verify standards to/from factories/suppliers; issue approvals, comments, and resubmits.
Review production swatches and verify matches approval.
Update control log.
Coordinate and ensure complete and up-to-date data by style.
2.
Tracking and monitoring of screens--analyze and verify standards to/from factories/suppliers; review artwork/strike-offs and verify matches approval.
Ensure shipment/receipt by supplier.
Issue approvals and resubmits.
Coordinate and ensure complete up-to-date data.
Verify record of Receipt of final T.

Maintenance and Recordkeeping--coordinate, review, and monitor files to ensure updated Factory/Supplier information including but not limited to:
Lab Dips; Screen/Strike offs; Emails; Shipping documents/Packaging lists; Daily review and Tech Pack Excel Spreadsheet and Recap Log.
Ensure all communication/information is included with Technical Package files for:
Sales, Pre-Production, Fit, and TOP samples.
