Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general clerical duties - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents - Coordinate and manage projects, including tracking progress and deadlines - Perform various clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the executive team's Outlook calendar - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security - Use DocuSign or similar software to process electronic documents - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent project coordination abilities to ensure timely completion of assignments - Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying - Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic document processing software - Accurate and efficient data entry skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
