Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and handle personal tasks as needed - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner - Manage personal errands, payment of bills, and other tasks as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective file management - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar - Experience in project coordination is a plus This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the CEO of Recovery Allies, gain knowledge and experience with recovery services, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
