A BOND Office Production Assistant is a helping hand to everyone at the agency, aiding in office workflow and productivity through various clerical tasks, administrative duties, office maintenance, and package couriering.

Responsibilities:
? Greet everyone with a smile ? Make coffee and check throughout the day ? Stock and tidy kitchen, bathrooms, offices ? Order, set up and clean up lunch ? Take trash out when full ? Answer phones ? Keep track of office/kitchen supplies by placing Amazon, Instacart and Blue Tiger orders weekly ? Accept mail/packages ? Check in guests by following secure sign in protocol via Envoy ? Deliver packages, prints, hard drives, gifts, etc to clients and coworkers ? Help out with various administrative work or data entry, if called upon ? Check Blue Air purifiers throughout the buildings, making sure they are on and filters are changed when needed ? Ensure COVID supplies are stocked and available ? Assist in set up and tear down of events ? Assembling and moving furniture when needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
? Comfortable assembling furniture ? Well-spoken and professional ? Strong problem-solving skills ? Attention to detail is a must ? Comfortable with Google Suite DESIRED QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS:
? Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ? Confidence taking initiative and prioritizing multiple projects in parallel ? Energy and attention-level to succeed in a high-volume work environment ? Positive attitude with an emphasis on collaboration MINIMUM
Qualifications:
? College degree preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
In performing the responsibilities for this position, the employee is required to:
? Sitting at a computer for extended period of time ? Must have valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation ? Ability to lift 30+lbs ? Comfortable climbing a ladder WORK ENVIRONMENT:
? Typical office environment ? This is an in-person position To perform the duties of this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential responsibilities satisfactorily.
