SOB Music Group SOB Music Group Los Angeles, CA Los Angeles, CA Full-time Contract Full-time Contract From $2,500 a month From $2,500 a month 2 hours ago 2 hours ago 2 hours ago Duties -Manage and maintain celebrities schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents - Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system - Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Answer and manage incoming calls and emails - Receive and interact with incoming visitors - Liaise with internal staff at all levels - Interact with external clients - Coordinate project-based work Qualifications - Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Additional Skills:
- Experience with DocuSign for document management - Calendar management experience using gmail Calendar - Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
