Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate with installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors to plan and organize project tasks.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the installation process.
Communicate project timelines, updates, and any potential issues to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Work with suppliers to procure necessary materials for HVAC installations.
Ensure the availability of required equipment and materials on-site.
Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and work towards resolution.
Maintain accurate records of project details, including schedules, budgets, and materials.
Stay informed about local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
Ensure that all installations adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and building codes.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
Previous experience in HVAC project coordination or a similar role.
