As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with an individual (manager or executive) and handle various tasks related to their working life and communication.
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage the manager's diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Make travel arrangements.
Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
Source office supplies as needed.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Devise and maintain an organized office filing system.
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and English.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
