Candidate will work primarily in our lien negotiation department, tasked with negotiating and reducing existing medical bills and liens with health providers, private health insurance carriers as well as Medi-Cal / Medicare / VA and other governmental entities.
Job Duties Include:
Negotiation / reduction of liens with providers and third-party payers at the resolution of injured party's claim.
Preparing client disbursement agreements.
Compiling and tabulating all associated client costs, medical bills, and fees.
Verifying existence of all outstanding liens and costs.
Preparing disbursement spreadsheet showing breakdown of attorney's fees and costs, and client's medical bills and total recovery.
Preparing checks for payment of bills.
