We are seeking experienced Patient Account Representatives.
Full Time preferred.
The candidate must have the following attributes for this position:
Working knowledge of basic healthcare industry payers:
Medicare, Medicaid, HMO/PPO, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Commercial and Workers Compensation with a string understanding of the healthcare RCM industry Background in Accounts Receivable Management, follow-up, and final account disposition or Payment Posting and Charge Entry Good communication skills and able to manage patient and follow up calls to the insurers Customer service oriented Skilled in basic typing, keyboard and Epic computer skills/knowledge, 10-key and written skills Pride in being a good team player and interact comfortably with internal departments.
