CI Divison/China Ops Section SME with Security Clearance

Descriptiono Assess reporting for indications of fabrication or possible disinformationo Interface and coordinate, almost daily, with Field Office, Legats, operational units within HQ, and/or components of the USIC and to a lesser extent, other USG entities.
o Attend meetings involving Unit and case-related matters.
o Maintain liaison with USIC members as necessary, in support of caseloado Conduct comprehensive assessments on subjects of interest to FOo Provide recommendations for correcting mistakes or problems identified during an operational counterintelligence reviewo Provide specific operational input for field offices in addressing identified issues Qualificationso Bachelor's Degree (not waivable for additional experience) from an accredited university;o Minimum of ten years experience working national security matters;o Minimum of five years working counterintelligence matters;o Extensive knowledge specific East Asia regional subject matter familiarity;o Proven experience recruiting human sources and exploiting technical surveillance;o Excellent oral and written communication skills;o Exceptional interpersonal skills;o US citizenship;o Must possess have a current, within four years, CI Polygraph from the FBI or an approved agency prior to report date;o Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
