Responsibilities oCo-lead with senior marketing management in brainstorming, concept development, presentation, and execution of marketing plans oGenerate and develop new product strategy and launch plans for a multi-brand portfolio oImplement strategic brand tactics, including brand aesthetic, messaging, and overall identity oExecute timely implementation of all plans and manage delivery of key marketing assets including internal and external processes and approvals oEnsure strategic consistency with campaign materials that include PR and advertising, product packaging and pricing, retail and merchandising executions oPartner closely with Retail, Marketing and Sales teams to secure product and promotion placement in key accounts oManage pricing strategy and analyses of existing and new products oAssist in overseeing market research and consumer insights oEvaluate opportunities with existing brand portfolio oSet, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual brand revenue goals oSupport the delivery of the brand promise to ensure growth within all distribution channels oCreate and present reports to senior management Requirements oMust have minimum of 10 years in Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods or Account Management with experience in Skincare or Cosmetics oPossess excellent analytical and critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills oExperienced in strong interpersonal and active listening skills oAble to inspire, lead and encourage teamwork in a collaborative environment oMaintain high level of accomplishment with minimal supervision oTake initiative in finding ways to improve work-related processes oAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment oExpert at multi-tasking, and handling organizational and time-management issues oDemonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills oProficient with Microsoft Office Software including Excel and PowerPoint Photoshop skills are a plus oAble to work independently with internal teams such as Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing For immediate consideration, please send your resume, link to your portfolio, and writing samples.
