Duties NH-02 DUTY 1:
Performs developmental assignments in support of projects assigned to higher level analystsPerforms minor phases of a larger assignment or work of moderate difficulty where procedures are established, and a number of specific guidelines existApplies the various steps of accepted data science procedures to search for information and perform well precedented workPerforms a series of specific and related tasks that have been selected to orient the employee in the practical application of basic occupational techniques, such as conducting analytical investigations using scientific methodology and problem solving for matters that are primarily of a factual natureAssignments are combined with training to further develop analytical skills and techniquesAssistance is available from the supervisor or a higher-graded specialistDUTY 2:
Performs general operations and assignments for portions of a project or study consisting of a series of interrelated tasks or problemsThe employee applies judgment in the independent application of methods and techniques previously learnedThe employee locates and selects the most appropriate guidelines and modifies to address unusual situationsAssists higher graded data scientists in finding solutions to problems requiring a variety of sources and utilizes suggested work methods, practices, or procedures to work unfamiliar tasksCompiles, organizes, analyzes, and processes data and information in compliance with established proceduresEvaluates and resolves routine problems that are encountered; refers unfamiliar situations, significant deviations, and problems to the supervisor for assistanceDUTY 3:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
