The Customer Service Representative must possess strong organizational skills (including but not limited to the ability to prioritize workloads), a thorough knowledge of our products, and the willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers.
Our ideal candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, have experience working in a call center environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Speak clearly over the phone.
Proper phone etiquette.
Communicate with the customer in a professional manner.
Have knowledge of office equipment and software.
Get up to speed quickly on company procedures and policies.
Provide excellent service to the customer base.
Answer customer questions about products or services.
Assist customers with their computer problems.
Demonstrate an understanding of product or service at all times.
Be able to type at a fast speed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
