It's always a GOOD day in SoCal! The IT Clerk manages IT department's invoices and office filing systems.
The Clerk is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the purchasing process, including quoting, receiving, delivery, vendor relationships and purchase approvals.
The Clerk also assists in maintaining IT inventory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1.
Processes and documents IT invoices prior to submission, ensures coding accuracy and correct department allocations.

Maintains records of computer and telephone allocations for the IT Department.

Maintains all aspects of the purchasing process for IT equipment and supplies.
Includes but not limited to quoting, receiving/delivery, inventory management, vendor relationships, records management and purchase approvals.

Assists with accurate inventory of all computer, telephone and mobile devices in the company when necessary.
5.
Maintains the office filing systems.
Education & Experience 2 years of general office/clerical experience required, office manager experience in IT environment preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Must be proficient with computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and E-mail.
Excellent people and communication skills required.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Background, Drug Screen and Employment verification required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
