Assistant Office Manager / Functional Area Supervisor with Security Clearance

o Assigning, monitoring, and reviewing work of department staffo Reporting daily production statistics to Site Managero Prioritizing workloads and ensuring work is completed in a timely manner, reallocating resources as needed to meet goals established by USCISo Ensuring team completes all work assignments accurately, including daily time sheetso Monitoring attendance and absenceso Facilitating the processing of priority assignments from USCISo Identifying and addressing issues in work performanceo Scheduling contractor staff, approving time off, initiating and implementing disciplinary actions, mentoring staffo Collaborating with Site Manager to ensure best practices are in place and updating them as neededo Training new employees, creating training planso Creating/updating written standard operating procedureso Participating in meetings with government personnelo Serving as Point of Contact for site operations in Site Manager's absence Other duties as assignedQualifications & Physical Requirementso High school diploma or equivalento 3 years of related experienceo Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Serviceso Ability to read and understand proficiently in Englisho Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbsor more in a physical environmento Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching At Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation packageWe are a proud Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) who celebrates diversity in and out of our organizationCome see where your opportunities for success can flourishNOTICE:
