As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our data platform project, operating within a data mesh environment and overseeing multiple threads of development.Key
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for 2-3 threads concurrently. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Utilize your strong Agile background to coach and mentor teams in Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Employ effective communication and collaboration skills to resolve impediments and promote a collaborative and transparent work environment. Drive adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Act as a servant leader, empowering teams to self-organize and make informed decisions to achieve project goals. Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), with a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams. Prior experience working on data platform projects, familiarity with Snowflake preferred. Proficiency in AWS services and tools. CSM certification required. Strong proficiency in Jira for Agile project management. Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks. Experience in product or program management is a plus. Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools is advantageous. Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
