Often times we work in a very fast paced environment, one must be responsive and be able to think quick on their feet.
The job will have a lot of basic day to day tasks that are going to be a mix of personal and business related tasks.
Regardless of level of importance the right candidate should have the ability to follow up and close out tasks.
Being personable and well spoken will go a very long way, the majority of the work we do involves speaking with other people, whether by phone or email.
Communication is very important.
Having an interest in real estate is helpful, however experience is not necessary.
Please be tech savvy with things like google apps, dropbox, zoom and on demand apps, lots of work is done via phone.
Please have some excel spreadsheet and basic computer knowledge or be willing to learn.
