The Wireless Services Support Specialist provides mobility helpdesk services and assists our client and internal teams with setup, configuration and troubleshooting of mobile device hardware and software by using internal and mobile carrier provided tools and equipment.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Provide email and telephone support to both internal and external clients.
Monitor and assist with client and internal Team chats.
Utilize help desk software to keep an accurate account of tasks.
Document steps taken and resolution for assigned tickets.
Work with a variety of users to assist with setup smartphones and other mobile device troubleshooting.
Build and develop working relationships with clients.
Communicate effectively with peers, management, and clients.
Learn products and plans across all wireless carriers.
Collect and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
When the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forward cases to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Participate in regularly scheduled team and individual meetings.
Surface ideas and challenges in an effort to further assist our team and client base.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Qualifications and
Experience:
Proficient in both Apple and Android OS.
1 year experience with mobile carrier and device support is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
A service-oriented mindset is a must.
Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness are highly desired.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
