30pm As an Amazon and Wal-Mart e-commerce account specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our company's products on these platforms.
This includes creating and managing product listings, handling fulfillment through both Fulfillment by Merchant and Fulfillment by Amazon/Wal-Mart, conducting product research to identify new opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to resolve any issues or concerns.
You should have a strong understanding of the various programs, tools and processes involved in managing an e-commerce account on Amazon and Wal-Mart, including closed listings, understanding the order process, and returns.
You should also be able to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions about which products to list, how to price them, and how to optimize their performance through Ads.
In addition to these technical skills, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills to be able to effectively interact with shoppers and resolve any issues that may arise.
You should also be highly organized and able to multitask effectively to manage multiple listings and projects at once.

Responsibilities:
Manage online product listing and optimization for better search ranking results and conversion Maintain, optimize, and improve our listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, promotions, deals, product specs, customer questions, etc.
) Create listings for products on our website and various marketplaces/platforms Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position Perform thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research in order to maximize visibility within each marketplace Remain up to date with Amazon/ Wal-Mart's best practices, new trends, and platform update Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary Manage all aspects of the Amazon channel including forecasting, reporting, sales and marketing analysis, inventory planning, setting performance metrics, etc.
Monitor account health and performance Help oversee and coordinate FBA inventory planning and shipments Requirements:
