Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to schedule assessments.
- Efficiently allocate project managers to assessments, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Represent the company at networking events to establish and nurture relationships with potential lead sources.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and work closely with clients to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and submit accurate out-of-pocket invoices to clients, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to track the status of submitted invoices and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas and assist in the development of effective marketing campaigns.
