In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including customer service, team building, staff training, inventory control, budgeting, sales growth, food safety, and time management to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and quality.
Your ImpactTrain and motivate team members to execute processes with integrity and financial accountabilityDeliver against high standards of Quality, Service, and CleanlinessManage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, food safety, and restaurant cleanlinessEnsure outstanding guest service standards are metDevelop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitabilityYour Qualifications1-2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industryMust have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicleOutstanding guest service standardsUnderstanding of food quality and safetyYour Pay and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package:
