Qualifications:
Must be a Top Performer in both sales and CSI Must have proof and documentation of being a Top Performer Must have a valid U.
S drivers license.
Must be reliable Minimum of 3 years service advisor experience required.
Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful.
Professional appearance and attitude required.
Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
Ability to thoroughly review Multi Point Inspection with customers.
Report to Management for additional job duties.
Saturdays Required Schedule service appointments.
Greet and write customer up in a timely manner.
Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines, Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed Ability to communicate affectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
