The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to all aspects of the GHP, including support for medical student programs comprised of the Global Health Selective, Global Health Equity Pathway, and MS4 Clinical Elective, support for resident, fellow, and faculty programming, and further support at the discretion of the Director of GHP.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity.
The full hourly salary range for this position is $28.

Qualifications Strongly Preferred:
Bachelor of Arts (B.
A.
) Excellent organizational skills Keen attention to detail Culturally sensitive/competent Proficient in business technology, such as setting up PowerPoint presentations, Zoom videoconferencing and conference calls, and troubleshooting tech issues as they arise Proficient with Microsoft Office programs - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Website design, social media, or other communications experience preferred.
Able to create surveys and interpret basic survey data in Google Forms/Qualtrics and quickly learn how to use new survey platforms.
Able to work independently.
Able to meet strict deadlines.
