Summary:
LG H&H is seeking a detail oriented and passionate Creative Operations ProjectManager to join the Creative team.
This role will report into our Creative Director and is based in our LA office Monday - Friday.
This candidate should be highly organized, have outstanding communication skills, and be aself-starter who can hit the ground running.
This role will be responsible for evolving and applying new processes, techniques and technologies while also driving a cycle of continuous improvement within Production teams and processes.
This candidate will report into the Creative Director, and work closely with cross-functional partners within Creative, Marketing, and Ecommerce.
Creative Operations Project Manager Duties and
Responsibilities:
Meets creative department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Resolves operational problems.
Identifies work process improvements.
Meets creative department cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementingcost-saving actions.
Reviews project production factors by studying budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
Obtains approvals by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; and responds to cross-collaborative commentary and requests.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.
Enhances creative department and organization reputation by accepting ownership foraccomplishing new and different requests.
Manage brand-led creative projects from conception through delivery, including but notlimited to yearly & seasonal campaigns, direct mail, e-commerce/email, social, events &special projects.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather and implement project scope, deliverables,timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
Develop detailed schedules and work with brand creative team, including production &post-production and external vendors, to oversee daily workflow, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines/budgets.
Ensure projects are trafficked through PMT and maintain schedules according tocross-functional needs.
Work with key departments including Marketing, E-commerce and Merchandising throughout the progress of projects to encourage collaboration ensure any shifts in programming are addresses and projects are adjusted & communicated accordingly.
Partner with creative lead to ensure projects are routed for approval by stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Schedule meetings and set agendas for creative approvals and ensure all teams and assets are prepared for presentation.
Balance projects in the brand creative portfolio and, when necessary, communicate prioritiesto cross-functional partners.
Develop, implement, and communicate process standards, including a Creative Brieftemplate to be used cross functionally.
Creative Operations Manager Skills and
Qualifications:
Detail oriented, efficient, self-starter, highly productive and collaborative approach to work.
Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to cope with tight deadlines with a proactive approach.
Ability to close a project, conduct post-mortems and develop a process of continuedAble to develop standards, documentation, and templates to prevent constant need toreinvent processes.
Strong knowledge of both print, digital, photo & motion production processes.
Managing Creative Digital Assets - Imagery, Photo, Video, Audio, Fonts, etcStrong knowledge of DAM, CMS, metadata taxonomy, and SEO best practices, strategyprinciples and concepts for assets and digital contentAbility to create and organize data including creation of an architecture map and namingconventionDemonstrate the ability to consistently elevate the infrastructure and operations of thecreative department to increase deliverables output, while supporting the creative processEstablish and maintain a positive working relationship with all internal and external partners, while representing the department with a professional and team-oriented atmosphereTake full ownership and accountability for proper planning, oversight, and execution ofproject assignmentsAddress gaps and obstacles in the existing creative process and propose solutions andOptions Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field required.

years project management experience working in Beauty /Fashion field or advertisingagency.
Expert knowledge of project lifecycle from original concept to final deliverable, specifically photo & motion.
Experience in project managing 360 brand campaign, including managing deliverables and timelines.
Highly organized and self-disciplined with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and resources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expert in advanced project management tools.
Experience in Asana and Figma is a must.

The annual salary range for this role is $95k - $115k in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off and more.
The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.
