We aim to help kids and young adults gain confidence through creativity by introducing them to music and other performing arts and by giving them dedicated time and space to enrich their imaginations.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrative Specialist to join our team.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Workspace(preferred) or MS Office Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Strong aptitude for learning new software and computer related tasks Professional communication skills, including handling emails, calls and texts Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Reliable work setup at home for remote work Be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
Data entry and record keeping Sift through emails, phone calls and texts to make action items for team members Answer emails and texts from instructors relating to classes, subbing etc.
Scheduling classes and scheduling system upkeep.
Assisting the Programs team with ongoing projects relating to new classes, instructor onboarding etc.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with project management softwares like Asana, Monday etc.

Candidates with backgrounds in education and teaching/pedagogy are encouraged to apply Prior experience in a remote work environment Schedule:
This is a part time position that requires 4 hours of availability between 9am and 2pm.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
