This is a wonderful opportunity for those who have transferable/relatable skills to get their foot through the door to start working at a prestigious law firm and building a career.
The successful candidate has the ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and providers and disseminating and relaying essential information to the correct parties by phone, email, fax, and regular mail.
Duties:
- Greeting clients and visitors as the first point of contact at our beautiful office in the Palms/West LA area; - Answering phone calls, transferring phone calls to the appropriate person, taking messages, monitoring e-fax account, and forwarding faxes to the intended recipient; - Data entry and opening claims; - Scheduling appointments; - Assisting the Office Manager with ad hoc projects/tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills; - 1-3 years of experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite, some experience with case management/client database software preferred; - Ability to follow direction with great time management skills; must be able to multi-task and handle multi-line phone systems; - diligent, punctual, professional, reliable, respectful, with a clean and and well kept appearance; Benefits package includes the following:
