Direct financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, influencing company direction and profitability.
Job DescriptionLead the finance team (4) in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring liquidity and optimizing working capital.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
Lead the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
Stay informed of changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
(Apparel or CPG experience required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
