YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsManage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedbackYOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting requiredCPA designation is required5
years' experience in a public accounting firm requiredKnowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plusExceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skillsStudies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.

In California, the salary range for Assurance Managers is $125,000 - $180,000.
Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate s geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
