We have been working more and more in other industries as of the last few years as well (Fast Food, Music Indusrtry, ETC).
We offer a suite of templates for many products and we have a great record of making some pretty remarkable custom packaging for the right clients (custom glass child resistant jars and boxes).
We are seeking outside sales affiliates and are offering a very attractive commission structure.
We're not looking for individuals to close on leads we generate, rather we're looking to partner with individuals with a lot of relationships (consultants, sales people for products, etc.
) that are looking for a great new revenue stream.
We've had a few sales people make as much as 40k commission on a single project.
What we're Looking for.
At least three years' experience in a sales, marketing, or similar role.
Strong preference for a candidate with a knowledge of the cannabis industry along with a book of relationships in that industry and/or others that are in need of packaging/manufacturing.
Basic understanding of packaging and manufacturing.
Willingness to learn quickly about how what we do applies to cannabis industry and other emerging markets.
Ability to operate in a small company environment that requires hands-on implementation optimal use of limited resources and an ability to work closely with others in a team setting.
Successful track record of interaction with customers in product development, packaging, design, etc.
Self-starter - individual needs to be proactive and persistent in achieving the company's customer development, relations management, and business objectives.
Ability to understand and learn new CMS systems.
We are currently migrating from Odoo to Monday.
com Excellent team player, with strong communication skills within and outside the organization.
Earnings:
Uncapped earning potential with generous commission strategy.
The commission will be paid to the sales representative when the goods are delivered and accepted by the customer.
