We are currently expanding our West LA office, and seeking a polished and talented Administrative Assistant to join our Team! Position
Responsibilities:
To support our COO Maintain administrative documents, including budgets, schedules, letters, copy-editing and other related documents Handle and track Fedex, UPS packages when necessary Pick up mail from PO Box (must have a car) Coordinate travel arrangements for the organization Organize and manage office filing and storage systems Coordinate and facilitate communication and correspondence for the organization MUST HAVE A TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative or office setting Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to compile data and generate reports Ability to work independently but also as a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Highly proficient in MS Office Suite Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Please email me your resume for immediate consideration!
