We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. As an AR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate processing of payments and deductions, and maintaining meticulous records. As a Accounts Receivable Coordinator you will:
  • Payment Processing: Handle all aspects of payment processing, including verifying accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deduction Management: Review deductions on received checks, research discrepancies, and dispute deductions when necessary.
  • Customer Account Analysis: Prepare detailed analyses of customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Backup Documentation: Gather and review appropriate backup documentation for approved deductions.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to accounts.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain accurate files and documentation following best practices.

Qualifications needed for this role:
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy in both minor and significant tasks.
  • Deadline Management: Consistently meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret customer contracts and requirements.

This is a 1st Shift Opportunity - Pay Rate is $22-26/hr
Additional Skills Needed:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Experience:
    1-3 years of job-related experience
  • Additional Skills:
    • Experience with ERP (preferably D365)
    • Experience in Food & Beverage Industry (preferred)
    • GAAP - Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (preferred)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
