We re looking for a Senior University Recruiter to join the People Team! What you ll do:
Help find, engage, and attract top university-level talent across our technical and non-technical teamsProvide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for our intern and new college graduate hiring across both technical and non-technical teamsCreatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talentVigilantly protect and improve Snap Inc s candidate experienceWork with a sound sense of urgency, and fill the highest priority needs for the companyRepresent Snap Inc.

Deep experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talentAbility to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
